Plain language, because terms that need a lawyer to read are a way of not telling you something. Where a number appears below it is the same number the product uses. Where a number does not appear, it is because advertiser prices are set inside your dashboard rather than published, and the figure that binds is the one shown to you there at the time of the transaction.
1. What PraxAds is
PraxAds is a self-serve advertising marketplace. We sell advertising placements on properties we own and on third-party properties we have vetted, and you configure the campaign yourself. What you pay us is prepaid credit for advertising services, a prepayment you draw down as your campaigns deliver.
So there is no ambiguity about what that credit is:
- It is a prepayment for advertising services, not money we hold on your behalf.
- It is not a deposit and does not create a deposit account.
- It is not FDIC-insured.
- It bears no interest.
- It is non-transferable.
- It is refundable only to the original payer, returned to the same address and network it was paid from.
2. Advertiser terms
Payment
- Campaigns are prepaid in full, from the minimum deposit shown in your dashboard at the time of the transaction. Additional credit after the first deposit has no minimum.
- You set your own bid, at or above the minimum bid shown in your dashboard for the format and regions that campaign targets, at the time you save it. Placements are awarded by a first-price auction: the minimum is a fixed floor per region and format, and you are charged exactly the bid you set, never more.
- Deposits are made in USDT or USDC on TRON or Polygon. We credit the amount that arrives on-chain, which is the amount we can prove, rather than the amount entered on a form.
- Account credit you do not spend stays on your account and rolls into your next campaign. It does not expire.
Refunds
We refund when we fail to deliver: a campaign that does not run, or that delivers materially less than the budget it drew down. We do not refund a delivered campaign because its results disappointed. That is a media buying risk, and pretending otherwise would mean pricing it into everyone else's rates. Undelivered budget always returns to your account credit.
What we will not run
- Gambling and casino advertising. Not in this phase, at any budget.
- Anything we assess as a scam, a rug, a fake token launch, or a product whose claims we cannot check.
- Creative that misrepresents returns, impersonates a brand or person, or uses fake urgency mechanics.
We may decline or stop a campaign under this section at any point. If we stop one after it starts, unspent budget returns to your account credit and you get the reason in writing.
How impressions are billed
Billing uses the measured impression count, the one PraxAds records, and never the publisher-reported one. The two differ, typically by 10–20%, and the measured number is the smaller of the two. Both appear in your dashboard on every campaign.
Service levels
A person reviews every campaign and its creatives within 24 hours of submission. An approved campaign starts serving straight after. A human reply to anything else within 24 hours, and a decision on a publisher application within 48 hours. Missing these is not a refund event. It is something we report on monthly.
3. Publisher terms
The complete revenue-share grid
All of it, including the standard rate we are not currently leading with. It is here from day one so that no future publisher can be told a rate was changed on them.
| Cohort | Publisher keeps | Who qualifies |
|---|---|---|
| Founding Publisher | 80% | The first 50 publishers, or anyone who joins within 6 months of launch, whichever comes first. Locked in writing for 24 months. |
| Standard | 75% | Every publisher after the founding cohort closes. Published from day one, not introduced later. |
| Volume tier | 80% | Any publisher earning $2,000 or more per quarter, including founding publishers whose 24-month lock has ended. |
The rule we bind ourselves to
We will not reduce the revenue share of a publisher who is already running with us. Any future change to the grid applies to new cohorts only. This is the specific promise that most platforms break, so it is written here rather than implied.
Payouts
- NET-15, run on the 1 and 15 of each month.
- Minimum payout $50, in USDT or USDC on TRON or Polygon.
- Balances below the minimum roll forward. Network fees on the payout are ours, not yours.
Quality hold
Earnings from traffic we flag as invalid (datacentre sources, duplicate impressions, click patterns that do not correspond to human behaviour) are held for 30 days while we check. If the traffic clears, it is paid in the next run with the reason for the hold explained. If it does not, it is not paid, and you are told exactly what we found.
Removal
We can remove ads from a placement immediately if it breaches these terms, and you can remove our tags from your property at any time for any reason. Earnings already accrued and cleared are still paid.
4. What we publish about ourselves
These are commitments, repeated verbatim from our about page:
- Publish the revenue split. Publishers keep a share we print, not one they are told after they apply. The standard rate is in the Terms from day one.
- Publish the numbers we have, and say which ones we do not. No reach figure appears anywhere until it is measured. Where a number is missing, the site says so in words instead of rounding up.
- Publish the discrepancy. Our count and the publisher's count differ. We show both columns and bill on ours.
- Publish the rejection reason. If we turn down an advertiser or a publisher, they are told why. Every rejection carries a reason a person can act on.
- Publish the mistake. When we get something wrong in public, the correction goes where the mistake was. Corrections are appended and dated, never silently edited.
5. Changes to these terms
Material changes are published here with a new date, and announced in that month's transparency report before they take effect. Changes never apply retroactively to a campaign already booked or a publisher rate already locked.
6. Contact
Disagreements start as a conversation. Reach us on Telegram or at the address in the footer, and we will answer within 24 hours.
