PraxAds month 0: what exists and what does not
The first transparency report, published before there is anything flattering to report. Two owned properties, zero external publishers, zero revenue, and the numbers we have committed to publishing every month from here.
The monthly transparency report is the thing this company will be judged on. Starting it in month 6, once there are numbers worth showing, would make it a marketing asset. So it starts now, at zero.
Month 0, in full
| Metric | Month 0 |
|---|---|
| Gross advertiser spend | $0 |
| Advertisers who have paid | 0 |
| Campaigns delivered | 0 |
| Publishers live | 2 - both owned and operated by PraxAds |
| External publishers live | 0 |
| Publisher applications reviewed | 0 |
| Paid out to publishers | $0 |
| Median time to payout | No data |
| Measured vs publisher-reported gap | No data |
| Invalid traffic blocked | No data |
| Refunds issued | $0 |
No data means the measurement is not running yet, and it is written that way rather than as a zero, because those are different statements and conflating them is how reporting starts to rot.
What actually exists today
A published rate card. A published revenue-share grid, including the standard 75% rate that follows the founding cohort - written down now so that nobody can later be told it was sprung on them. An advertiser dashboard where a campaign can be briefed, funded in stablecoin, and reported on with measured and publisher-reported impressions side by side. Two properties we own and operate, disclosed as owned. A vetting checklist anyone can read before applying.
What does not exist, and should not be implied
- An external publisher network. Applications are open; nothing is listed until it clears the checklist.
- An aggregate reach figure. We could estimate one. An estimate presented as a reach figure is exactly the behaviour this company was built to argue against, so there is no number on the site.
- Real-time bidding, audience targeting, or wallet-level targeting. Campaigns are matched by hand at published prices.
- A track record. Nobody has spent money with us yet. That is the honest reason to start small.
The thing we already got wrong
Every one of these reports names one mistake. Month 0 has one already: the first version of this site led its publisher messaging with the 80% founding rate and buried the standard 75% rate in a document nobody had reason to open. That is the precise shape of the trap other platforms have walked into - a headline number that quietly applies to fewer people over time. The fix, applied before launch: every public use of 80% now carries the label Founding Publisher rate, first 50 publishers, and the full grid sits on the terms page and the publisher page rather than only in the small print.
What gets published every month from here
Gross advertiser spend. Advertisers who paid. Publishers live, split between owned and external. Applications reviewed, approved and rejected, with the reasons grouped. Total paid to publishers and the median days from period close to payment. The measured versus publisher-reported gap across all campaigns. Invalid traffic blocked. Refunds issued. And one thing we got wrong.
First Monday of every month, no email gate, and corrections appended and dated rather than edited in silently. If a month goes by without one appearing, that is a fact about us worth noticing.
Methodology
Everything below is the state of PraxAds on 29 July 2026, written before launch rather than reconstructed afterwards. Where a figure is zero it is stated as zero rather than omitted. From month 1 this report is published on the first Monday of each month with the fields listed at the end, whether or not they flatter us.
